Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area(hereafter called “GBA”), as a major national regional strategy, one of the important objectives is to build a global innovation highland. GBA cooperates to build a global scientific and technological innovation platform, build an open innovation system, improve the innovation cooperation system and mechanism, build an innovation community in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Dawan District, and gradually develop into an important global scientific and technological industry innovation center.

KPMG China will jointly create the “Top 50 new economic pioneer enterprises in GBA in 2021” with authoritative institutions such as GBA Science and Technology Innovation Service Center and Guangdong Venture Capital Association. The list focuses on different industries of the new economy, aiming to explore the pioneer enterprises with development potential in the new economic field in GBA, promote the integration of innovation elements and promote the in-depth development of the industry, and show GBA’s achievements in emerging industries and excellent enterprise style.
